The 1.9km Hot Heels Africa course demands respect, tactics and technical skill. The narrow track has a fast top section that leads through a right-hand bend to a mean left hander, which has seen the downfall of many a rider. This leads to a straight past the dam and a slight uphill into the infamous “Baboon bend” and ending with a straight finish.
